What to do if you or a friend are being bullied?

If you are being bullied on school grounds, according to state law, you may contact the followng authoraties:

  1. School Principal
  2. School Teacher
  3. School counselor
  4. School Superintendent

If you are being cyber-bullied you may report the harassment to the following people,

  1. Website/app support, server admin
  2. Local Authoraties (ONLY IF YOUR LIFE IS BEING THREATENED)

School's reponsibility for OFF campus bullying

Each school district must adopt a policy that prohibits the harassment, intimidation, or bullying of any student. Off-campus incidents are not officially addressed, howeve, listed below are proposed amendments of incident locations:

  1. School premises
  2. School issued transport systems (i.e. Buses)
  3. School sponsored events
