Your body and mind are yours to protect and you have the right to defend it. If you are looking to help someone who is struggling with a bully, look at what constitutes bullying or learn how others have dealt with the issue of bullying.

Suicide

You are experiencing, loss any care for life and self-preservation, thoughts of suicide, or are constantly feeling helpless and alone.

Domestic Abuse

You are a victim of ongoing domestic abuse, or, you are worried domestice abuse may be occuring to a someone you know.

If you suffer from the tribulation of domestic abuse, we implore you to contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline at thehotline.org or 1(800)799-7233. People truly do understand what you're going through..

If you believe a fellow member of your community is going through a lot at home and is afraid to reach out for help or can't on their own, please contact the same organization for immediate advice on how to proceed.

Bullying: online or at school

You, your child, or someone you know is being bullied.

 You may contact a: Teacher, Principle, local school guard, School counselor, Superintendent, or the state Dept. of Education.

I know it may be freightful to tell an adult about a bully, but realize that once a bully is attacking your space; your person, you have every damn right to fight back.

School is ineffectively handling the situation

The school is not dealing with the situation well enough to prevent similar or same cases of bullying via physical or electronic.

Contacting departments above the school is where you may start. People like: the Superintendent, State Dept. of Education, U.S Dept. of Education (Office for Civil Rights), and the U.S Dept.of Justice (Civil Rights Division).

General Crises

There is a situation about a person or yourself that you don't know how to deal with. Whether it be, suicide, crippling social anxiety, Domestic abuse, et cetera..
